Ballroom Dance is an elegant social dance, originating in the 18th century. It is also called Sports dancing. Ballroom dancing brings together the 5 Latin dances end 5 Standard dances. The teaching of Ballroom dancing is divided into two types: American style and International style. The International style includes dances originating from France, Spain, Russia, Latin America and other countries of the world. The American style includes dances originating in England, Ireland, Canada and other countries of the United States.
